If you are a MYOB EXO Payroll user and unhappy about the changes they have made to their program whereby you cannot now use DOS Speed Printing then all we can suggest you do is contact MYOB and let them know how you feel.

Other payroll software providers have not gone down this path so why has MYOB?  Maybe its now worth considering changing to IMS, PayGlobal or SmoothPay.

MyPayslips has worked out how to print from MYOB EXO Payroll to the old style slim and long payslip, the one affected by the removal of DOS Speed Printing.

    Contact MyPayslips for more information.

    Hi Peter
Yes you’re correct- MYOB EXO Payroll payslips can be printed to A4 or A5 whichever you like.
If your system can be set up to run dot matrix printing, the laser versions of the EXO Payroll payslips can be printed to directly to dot matrix lineflow forms.

Currently we stock A4 versions of these as they’re most popular, you can source A5 versions of the secure dot matrix forms if you need them from various printing merchants, we just dont stock them ourselves as we dont have the demand.

I don’t understand that within the Report Options for the payslip you can select either A4 or A5 paper size why they don’t have either a pre-set size for the payslip or an option to enter in a custom paper size.

This is now a Windows problem as windows will print to dot matrix printers correctly provided the right paper size is included in the print job.

Having options on page sizes/sizing would be excellent…Not having it sucks eggs.
